Amy & Leo
This is Amy, she just adopted a puppy named Leo, and wants to put her best foot forward with his training and care. She had a dog when she was young and lived with her parents, but she is unsure how to train little Leo. He’s a little heck raiser and seems to have an attraction to puddles. She uses her trusty Google to search for help on raising puppies, she finds this website with tons of content on how to take care of your new puppy.
She notices there’s an icon on the bottom of the screen, and is excited to see that she can chat, talk on the phone or have a video call with a puppy expert! She wants to learn more bout the experts and clicks on Lucia’s profile.
Right away she sees a photo of Lucia, she can tell that she can video or telephone her, she also can see that Lucia has an intro video and is able to check it out. She also can see that she can talk to her right away as there is a green dot by the calls, and that she can connect for $2.00/minute. She’s curious what “Connect” means, so she clicks and sees that this is where Lucia lists other ways to connect with her, such as small group lessons that are a better deal. She knows that she wants to talk to someone ASAP, so, while the small group sessions are a good deal, Leo misbehaving can not wait.
Lucia
Almost a veterinarian, graduates school this year! She has been writing in her blog since she started school and has a ton of great content that visitors find super useful when they get new pets. She has noticed that the days that she gets the most traffic on her website are the days she releases content, and while brainstorming ways to grow her biz, she finds SkillSpring and decides to give it a go!
She was even able to customize her widget, making it match her own website in a matter of minutes!
One other cool thing Lucia has to help her promote her knowledge is her group coaching, with a simple line of code, she could have a way to:
Elect to feature all or some of the small group coaching sessions
Allow visitors to enter the widget from any device
A filter feature to make browsing easier

With SkillSpring’s scheduling tool, Lucia can quickly update her availability, schedule calls, manage her team’s schedule and integrate with Calendly and Google Calendar

As she manages a call, she has the option to review her queue and check out what’s coming up next, and manage who she’s going to help next.
Profile
In her profile section, she can edit her bio, photo, and information and she can update and select how much and how often she would like to get paid (with a Stripe integration)
Skillspring
SkillSpring is a product with the following communication solutions:
Integrated customizable widget to schedule appointments and make/take live phone and video calls
Set your own schedule tool that connects to calendly and google calendars
Choose to provide e-commerce enhancements like discount codes, free calls and group discounts
A responsive video call platform for 2-12 participants
An admin portal to set up and manage your account settings
A shareable network of similarly experienced people doing the same thing, this can be disabled
Payment immediately after the call automatically through a Stripe integration
The website
While Lucia and her like-minded friends use it, SkillSpring is for anyone, when she visits the website, she is greeted with an animation that illustrates how SkillSpring works in a website
The widget
Next, she sees the widget’s highlights and features, with SkillSpring, she can organize her team, enable virtual communications, simple scheduling, she can get paid for her time and she can also guarantee a secure connection to her clients.
The who
SkillSpring is a product that can be used by anyone who has an internet connection, the website explains this and provides different case-studies for different fields.
