To design an easy check out process for selecting fiber optics network, equipment, and services. Plus, a Customer account portal, and upgrading services flow for existing clients.
For this project, Tachus came with an already established set of steps for checkout that, for technical reasons, could not be changed. My role was to ensure that the user could find delight within this framework.
We developed the above flow, to ensure we could balance the existing framework with the new technology.
